Responsibilities	As a successful Sales Manager candidate, you have a minimum of three years experience leading an outbound telephone sales team in a solution-selling environment. You are a methodical decision maker who enjoys new challenges. Motivated by your high desire to succeed, you and your team consistently strive to exceed sales targets. Reporting to the General Sales Manager, your leadership role will focus on assessment and development of team leads and sales reps, accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management as well as a commitment to meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
Requirements	JOB DESCRIPTION: The Sales Manager has the sole responsibility for leading the sales team in the generation of new business through outbound telephone sales. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be a selling manager leading your team by example Use and maintain a computerized contact management database for a specific sales territory Maintain an up to date accounting of your team’s sales pipeline Assign new leads and customers to your team on a regular basis Complete understanding and thorough knowledge of your team’s account database and account activity Provide continuous training and foster the improvement of your team’s selling skills Other duties and responsibilities as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Solid track record selling solutions and leading team by example Minimum three years experience managing consultative, inside sales teams Previous experience with solution based, inside telephone sales Proven track record of achieving quota based objectives Strong leadership and motivational skills Experience within the not-for-profit sector a definite asset but not a pre-requisite Excellent time management skills Excellent communication (both written and oral) and analytical skills Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team Completion of post-secondary education and prior experience working with non-profit organizations a plus Note if you use a web-based email service, please forward your cover letter and resume to vancouvermanager@foundationsearch.com

Responsibilities	As a full time Administrative Assistant reporting to the Executive Assistant, your main responsibilities include managing multiple calendars, scheduling logistics for various business and travel activities, maintaining project files, and performing research for and carrying out special projects.
Requirements	Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint is essential. Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle strongly recommended. Responsiveness, ability to multi-task, and a great sense of humour are definite assets! RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing multiple calendars, including CEO appointments and meetings Assisting with correspondence (email, mail, phone) Drafting and/or editing business, marketing, and other documents Sourcing new suppliers and managing current suppliers where needed Booking travel and coordinating travel schedules for managers and employees Maintaining vehicle(s) (insurance, servicing) Managing expenses and payments Planning special events and activities Assisting CEO with assigned personal assistant tasks as necessary Completing miscellaneous tasks/projects as needs require QUALIFICATIONS: University or college graduate 2-3 years experience assisting C-level executives in a business environment This person should also be entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, proactive, and dedicated Superior oral and written communication and interpersonal skills are a must The ability to work independently and meet deadlines Note Please forward a compelling cover letter and resume/CV to be considered for this position to: AA@foundationsearch.com
